Today, our topic is Breakfast, breakfast should be such that is affordable for everyone and the stomach should also get full.
I think that it's better to eat nothing instead of having unhealthy food but you have to satisfy your hunger.
So here I bring to you some foods which will keep our health good and happy.
1. Egg :
Egg which is our favorite and most nutritious food. The egg is a substance which is available in cheaply and we can eat it by boiling or frying it in the morning. 2. Yogurt (Dahi) :
Yogurt is a dairy product made by fermentation of yogurt with milk. It provides protein and calcium and can increase healthy gut bacteria. Regular intake of yogurt is also associated with improved immune system function and weight management.
Yogurt can be easily made at home. You have seen the benefits of yogurt. Add this to your morning breakfast it will keep your stomach cool and your mood fresh and happy.
3. Banana :
Banana is one of the most attractive fruits in the world. Bananas are known to reduce swelling, protect against developing Type 2 diabetes, help in weight loss, strengthen the nervous system and help with the production of white blood cells, all due to the high level of vitamin B6 that bananas contain.
Fulfills your day's potassium needs. Potassium helps your body maintain a healthy heart and blood pressure. There are so many benefits, that it is necessary to include bananas in your breakfast. Cheap and healthy food will meet your daily needs.
4. Sweet Potato :
Everyone knows sweet potato has great results for health. You don't know, no matter what, we will talk. Sweet potato is an underground substance. It contains innumerable nutritional elements, manganese, complex carbohydrates, and dietary fiber. You can include it in the morning breakfast and it is not expensive either. You can boil and fry it. 5. Peanuts :
Peanuts are good sources of healthy fats, fiber, protein, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B. Despite being high in calories and low in carbohydrates. As much as 80% of nuts are fat. Even though most of this fat is a healthy fat.
Peanuts contain nutrients that may boost a person's heart health and improve blood sugar levels. It can help them lose weight, and many bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts include peanut butter in their diets for various reasons.

6. Coffee :
Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world. Contains antioxidants and beneficial nutrients, and it also seems to be quite healthy. Caffeine can further increase your metabolic rate which increases your fat burning.

7. Tea :
I don't need to say anything, the whole world drinks tea in the morning. But you will not know its benefits, I tell you today. Very different forms of Tea are made and drunk, such as in black, green, and brown colors. Tea can be a tasty drink as it can be served iced or hot.
Tea contains less caffeine than coffee. Tea strengthens your bones as well as helps you lose weight. Tea can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. It helps to strengthen our immune system. If something is eaten or drunk too much, it has side effects. So drink as much as you can and keep your best.
